Your skin consultation is the first step on your journey to radiant skin. During the consultation, your Dermal Therapist will perform a thorough skin diagnosis and recommend a treatment programme designed around your specific skin goals. We explore all the factors affecting your skin, so we can design treatments that deliver real results. A consultation is required prior to any skin correction treatment, such as correctional skin peels, skin needling, and IPL skin rejuvenation. Your consultation fee is fully redeemable on skin products or treatments purchased on the day.

During your consultation and treatments, your Dermal Therapist will provide an indication of when you can expect to see results. As a general guide, if you maintain home care and in-clinic treatments, most clients should see results and change within three months.
How many treatments will I need?
The length of your treatment programme will vary depending on your skin concerns and underlying factors. Your Dermal Therapist will give you an indication during your initial consultation or first treatment.
Why do I need to start with a skin consultation?
Our consultations allow us to design a customised treatment, creating better results and a more personalised experience. We’ll discuss your concerns, diagnose your skin problems, and look into any underlying factors that may be affecting your skin. Your initial consultation fee is redeemable on products or treatments purchased on that day.
How long will I need to use skincare products?
We age every day, and our bodies and hormones are constantly changing. To achieve long-term change and keep your skin glowing, we recommend using skincare products on an ongoing basis. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean you need multiple products, or that maintaining your skin has to be an expensive process! We only recommend skincare products that will address your concern, and only after you’ve seen a skin therapist.
