Deposit Policy
ALL patients of the clinic are required to supply credit card details to secure aesthetic appointments. These are kept on your personal file and will be charged a $50 cancellation fee in the case of a cancelled appointment within 48 hours.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Clinic appointments are highly sought after!
Your appointment time is for you and you only. Please allow us 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this will allow us some time to try and fill this time with another client that may benefit. We understand that last minute things may arise however a cancellation fee will apply to all appointments cancelled within this time frame.
Appointments booked online require a $50 booking fee which is non refundable if you cancel/ reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment.
Regular no show or missed appointments will no longer be allowed to book with our clinic, our time, just like yours is valuable and we keep our time for clients that respect this.
